Theory of Constructed Emotion
The Theory of a constructed Emotions pushes back on the classical theory of emotion and argues there is not biological fingerprint in the face, body, or brain for emotions.
This theory broadly explains that The Brain is Predictive Rather Than Reactive and Our Brains Construct Our Own Reality based on the concepts we have available for categorization, this process is referred to as simulation. Our control network helps decide which simulation/prediction of the world is most likely to be true and that becomes our reality. All of this is done in service of efficiently managing our body's metabolic processes.
Ultimately through this process We Construct Our Emotions By Predicting Our Experience and these experiences become social Reality.
