The Problem of Misaligned Incentives

There is one problem that I think presents a trap for startups, companies, and project managers: misaligned incentives.

These issues look obvious, they are problems that everyone wants solved and will advocate vocally for. But the solution is often not as it seems, and would require systemic changes in market economics or industry dynamics.
