Equity Games

Equity Games is a tool I have used as a founder and advisor to make smart decisions about how to manage this scarce resource called equity. Equity is a critical asset which needs to be carefully preserved while generously distributed, a difficult balance to strike. Of course it is a tool for motivating employees and generating capital through investments, but it is also an essential element for informing our GTM strategy.
